Aloo Gobhi Recipe Banane ki Vidhi:
- Aloo gobhi banane ke liye, aloo ko cheel kar tukde kaat lein aur gobhi ko bhi kaat lein.
- Pyaaz aur tamatar ko bhi alag alag baarik kaat lein.
- Kadahai mein tel yaa ghee garam hone rakhein, tel garam hone par baarik kate pyaaz daalein
- Pyaaz light brown hone par aanch dheeme karke hing, tamatar, adrak lehsun ka paste, aur baarik kati hari mirch daalein.
