How to make chicken curry – Chicken curry banane ki vidhi:
- Raw Chicken (kacche chicken) ko paani mein ache se dho lein aur paani nikaal dein.
- Pyaaz ko kaat kar mixer mein pees lein aur alag rakh dein.
- Tamatar, adrak, hari mirch aur lahsun ko ek saath pees kar rakh lein.
- Cooker mein tel garam karke jeera, laung aur tejpatta daalein.
- Jeera bhunne par pyaaz ka paste daalkar bhune.
- Pyaaz ka paste jab golden brown ho jaaye aur tel chorne lage tab pise hue tamatar, adrak, lehsun aur hari mirch ka paste kadhai mein daalein.
- Tamatar ka paste jab tel chhorne lage tab kadhai mein chicken masala, dhaniya powderaur 1 bada chammach paani daalein aur masala bhune aur aanch dheemi kar dein.
- Ab Cooker mein chicken daalein aur maanch tez karke ek se do minute pakayein aur phir 2 cup paani daalein aur cpooker ka dhakkan band kar dein.
- Ek seeti aane par aanch dheemi karke 10 se 12 minute pakayein aur gas band kardein.
- Cooker ka pressure khatam hone par dhakkan khole aur upar se hara dhaniya daalkar tyaar chicken curry, tandoori/tawa roti yaa chawal ke serve karein.
